Since 1976, Cindy Royall Libonati’s years of dedication to her
loyal clients is legendary in the community and her success is

agent at Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, she
specializes in residential properties in the Greater San Fernando
and Conejo Valleys; including Ventura County and Simi Valley.
With exceptional dedication and integrity, Cindy forms client
relationships to last a lifetime. As a result, her clients trust her
inherently and call on her time and time again. A proven
negotiator, Cindy provides her clients with painstaking detail
along every step of the real estate process.
Cindy is grateful that the vast majority of her business comes

Cindy has been a top producer throughout her real estate career

real estate agents. In recognition of this success, she has been

is a past President of the Executive’s Association of the San Fernando
Valley, and is currently active with the Professional Business
Xchange of Woodland Hills, serving on its Board of Directors.
A native Californian raised in the San Fernando Valley, Cindy
resides in Woodland Hills with her son Vincent. Cindy always
makes time to participate in her local community by supporting
important causes such as her son’s sport teams, the American
Heart Association and several local schools including the Las
Virgenes School District and the El Camino Real High School;
particularly its baseball program.
